End of Tenancy Cleaning

A detailed deep clean for empty rental properties before inspection, key handover or new occupants.

The service is tailored to the property rather than treated as a quick general clean. We work methodically through each room and pay attention to the areas frequently checked during a handover.

  • ✓Dusting and wiping accessible surfaces, doors, frames, switches and skirting boards
  • ✓Internal windows, sills and frames where safely accessible
  • ✓Vacuuming and mopping hard floors
  • ✓Removal of cobwebs and general surface build-up
Please note: oven interiors, carpet extraction, wall washing and heavily soiled areas should be selected separately unless included in your written quote.

Stain removal depends on the fibre, stain type, age and any previous treatment, so complete removal cannot always be guaranteed.

Specialist add-on

Professional Carpet Cleaning

A deeper clean than vacuuming alone, using extraction equipment to remove embedded soil and refresh carpet fibres.

Carpets are assessed for material, condition and visible stains before cleaning. Drying time varies with ventilation, carpet thickness and weather; keep rooms ventilated and avoid replacing furniture until the carpet is dry.

Interior racks, trays, glass, accessible surfaces, hob and extractor exterior or interior as agreed.

Internal shelves, drawers, seals and accessible surfaces. Freezers must be switched off and fully defrosted beforehand.

Microwaves, dishwashers and other appliances can be added individually.

Wall washing

Spot or full-wall washing where the paint finish is suitable and the marks can be safely treated.

Glass, sills and frames where safely accessible from inside the property.

Fine dust and light building residue after trades have finished and construction waste has been removed.

For an end of tenancy clean, the best result is achieved when personal belongings, food, rubbish and loose items have been removed.
Carpet extraction cleaning is priced separately unless it is specifically included in your written package.
Often, yes. Clear, recent photos plus accurate room and service details help us confirm the scope. Very large or heavily soiled properties may need a short assessment.
Waste removal is not included. The property should be cleared before cleaning unless a separate arrangement is confirmed.
